To win one of 20 double passes to selected Australia cinemas (see pt. 12) whereby each double pass is worth $33.00, these terms and conditions must be met:
Winners will be the first 20 new members to join the Master Fryers' Club via a Direct Mail Campaign (Mailed Postcards) conducted in March - April 2009.
Joining members via this campaign must be residents of Australia who are over 18 years of age. To be eligible, they can join on one occasion from 2 March 2009 until 17 April 2009 and must give their name, address, email and telephone number (daytime and after hours) to enter and note that they entered via the Master Fryers' Club Direct Mail Campaign. The entrant is required to register as a member of the Master Fryers' Club by going to www.peerlessfoods.com.au/joinnow and following the prompts.
The prize winner will be drawn and then announced at the premises of the Promoter, Tesch Communications of 1/18 Thomson Street, South Melbourne, VIC 3205 (ABN: 240 87797) at 9.15am on Monday 20 April 2009. The prize winner will be contacted by telephone and email on the day of the draw and the winner announced in The Australian newspaper on Tuesday 21 April 2009.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries; nor for any problems or technical malfunction of computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure any email or entry to be received due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or telecommunication systems, or any combination thereof.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
By entering the promotion through membership of the Master Fryers' Club, each entrant agrees that details of membership can be shared with Peerless Foods who also may choose to contact members concerning special Peerless Foods' offers outside of the Master Fryers' Club but for no other purpose.
In addition to the above use, the Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information, to the State and Territory lottery departments, the winners' names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.
The Promoter may use each winner's name and image in any media for future promotional, marketing and public ity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
Employees and immediate families of Peerless Foods, the agent Tesch Communications and agencies associated with the Master Fryers' Club, are ineligible to enter.
The winners have up to three months to claim their prize money of a double pass each to be presented at selected Australia Cinemas.
In the advent of a redraw, this will take place three months from the original draw date, namely on Monday 20 July 2009 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner to be announced in The Australian on Tuesday 21 July 2009.
The Adult Cinema passes are valid at Village Cinemas, Greater Union and Birch Carroll & Coyle cinemas for 12 months from date of drawn, 7 days a week. Each ticket is valid for one admission only, and is to be surrendered at the ticket box for a cinema ticket. Tickets do not guarantee a reserved seat ? seating is subject to availability. These passes are not valid for Gold Class, movie marathons, special events or with any other offer or promotion. It is the responsibility of the holder of the passes to ensure that they are used prior to the expiry date. The expiry date is not extendable. The passes are not refundable or redeemable for cash. They cannot be used to book tickets online or over the phone.
