With the ongoing challenge of dairy fat prices and supply instability, Peerless Foods has invested heavily over several years to develop and offer a broad offering of flavoured and unflavoured butter and AMF (Anhydrous Milk Fat) replacers. Peerless Foods can supply these products in various formats, suitable for use in numerous applications.

Butter and Dairy Replacers can be used as a 100% substitute for natural frozen butter or as a blending agent with natural butter to reduce cost of ingredients, whilst still maintaining product performance. Blending can be performed at various proportions to reduce overall ingredients cost or can be used as a 100% substitute for AMF.
