Frozen sweet dough swirled with custard and sultanas. Made with high grade unsalted butter to ensure a light and flaky texture with a golden pastry. Escargots need to be proved prior to baking. Finish off with a fruit glaze, fondant or icing sugar. Carton contains 40 escargot.
