Tuna Capers Sandwich

Boost your Omega-3 with this sensational sandwich!

INGREDIENTS:

Sliced omega bread

Tablelands Dairy Free Buttery Spread or Tablelands Reduce Cholesterol Spread

Spring Water Canned tuna, drained

Chopped capers

Chopped flat-leaf parsley

Chopped walnuts

Low-fat mayonnaise made with healthier oil

Rocket

Sliced tomatoes

METHOD:

Place tuna, capers, parsley, walnuts and mayonnaise into a bowl and mix together. Season with cracked pepper.

Spread bread with Tablelands Dairy Free Buttery Spread or Tablelands Reduce Cholesterol Spread. Top with rocket, tomato and tuna mix.
