Toasted Turkish Bread Sweet Potato Feta

INGREDIENTS:

Turkish bread, cut in half crossways

Tablelands Vegan Dairy Free Buttery Spread

Tomato relish

Rocket

Sliced tomato

Roasted sweet potato

Vegan feta cheese

Semi-dried tomatoes drained

METHOD:

Spread Tablelands Vegan Dairy Free Buttery Spread onto the tops of Turkish bread, toast under the grill.

Spread bottom half with relish, top with rocket, sliced tomato, sweet potato, semi dried tomato and crumble over feta.

Note: To roast sweet potatoes, preheat oven to 200°C. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray. Roast in oven for 45 minutes or until tender.
